In order to maintain competitive rates, we operate a ONE man delivery service. This means that for bulky, or heavy furniture, the recipient will need to organise some form of assistance at the point of delivery. Due to our insurance terms, our drivers are not allowed to deliver items single-handedly up flights of stairs. However, if assistance is provided, our obliging drivers will often help to move items up flights of stairs, but please note that the items are not insured if damaged. A re-delivery charge will apply if we arrive at a destination with a flight of stairs or awkward access and the customer either refuses delivery, or has not made arrangements to assist the driver. Once your item (s) is received by the carrier, the carrier will telephone you in advance to book the delivery (This is why we will always ask for your telephone numbers upon payment)  The day offered for delivery will be in co-ordination with the delivery schedule of the carrier and their route plans that place them in your postcode area. Heavy items may need assistance. When your order is loaded you will receive a text message to say so, as well as a courtesy phone call 1 hour prior to delivery.

You have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within seven (7) working days after the delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within those seven (7) working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. Please keep the products purchased in the same condition that they were received and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided and delivered to you.
